Since 1981, Imperial Oil has proudly sponsored the Esso Medals of Achievement program. This program helps coaches of young hockey players across Canada recognize dedication, effort and fair play — values that contribute to the growth and development of youngsters both on and off the ice.
Under this free program, a set of three Esso Medals of Achievement and a set of 18 Certificates of Participation are available to every hockey team registered with Hockey Canada*:
- Most Dedicated
- Most Improved
- Most Sportsmanlike
